Shipping policy
At Sakeenah Jewellery, we aim to process and dispatch all orders within 2–4 working days.
Orders placed on Fridays, weekends, or public holidays will usually be shipped on the following Monday or Tuesday. Please note that during busy periods such as sales, holidays, or new collection launches, dispatch times may be slightly longer.

Made-to-Order Items
Please note that made-to-order products are not included in the standard dispatch timeframe.
These items are created specifically for you and may require approximately 10–25 working days for production, plus shipping time.
This timeframe may also vary during busy periods such as holidays or promotional events.
Delivery Times
The delivery times provided are estimated and may vary depending on your location and courier service.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation and tracking details where applicable.
Please note that delays may occasionally occur due to courier issues, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Sakeenah Jewellery cannot be held responsible for shipping delays once your parcel has been dispatched.
We kindly ask customers to track their parcels and contact the delivery company directly for the most accurate delivery updates.
UK Shipping
We use trusted delivery partners such as Royal Mail to ensure safe and reliable delivery across the UK.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order value and delivery location.
Free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders during promotional periods.
International Shipping
We ship internationally to selected countries.
Please note that customs clearance may cause delays, and unfortunately, this is outside of our control. Sakeenah Jewellery cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.
All international orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid), which means customs duties, import taxes, and local charges are not included in your order total.
These charges must be paid by the customer before delivery can be completed.
As customs fees vary by country, we recommend contacting your local customs office for estimated charges before placing your order.
Important Information for International Customers
Customers are responsible for:
- paying any customs duties, taxes, or import fees
- providing the correct shipping address at checkout
- monitoring tracking information and delivery progress
If an order is returned due to unpaid customs fees, an incorrect address, or refusal of delivery, the original courier shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
Refunds can only be processed once the returned parcel has been successfully received back by us.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Delayed or Undelivered Orders
If your parcel is delayed, we recommend contacting the courier directly first, as they will have the most accurate and up-to-date delivery information.
Sakeenah Jewellery cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:
- customs inspections
- courier disruptions
- weather conditions
- failed delivery attempts
- incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
